Invigor Medical Clinical Policy

Last Updated: August 14, 2025

1. Our Philosophy & Purpose

At Invigor Medical, we deliver wellness solutions grounded in rigorous, evidence-based medicine. Our focus is on metabolic health, hormonal balance, and longevity—never cosmetic or performance enhancement. Every recommendation is guided by clinical data, research-backed protocols, and expert medical judgment.

2. Treatment Eligibility & Oversight

All treatments are prescribed solely by U.S.-licensed physicians, under the clinical oversight of Dr. Hamilton, Medical Director.
Each patient undergoes:
  • A comprehensive medical and lifestyle intake
  • Relevant lab testing (when applicable)
  • A virtual consultation with a licensed provider
No medications or protocols are offered on demand or for convenience. Every decision prioritizes safety, effectiveness, and clinical necessity.

3. Scope of Care

We treat medically recognized conditions, including—but not limited to:
  • Erectile dysfunction and sexual health concerns with identifiable clinical causes
  • Hormonal imbalances, such as low testosterone or age-related androgen decline
  • Metabolic dysfunction and vitality loss associated with aging
  • Age-related muscle loss and reduced functional capacity (e.g., sarcopenia)
We do not treat:
  • Athletic performance enhancement
  • Cosmetic improvements or aesthetic goals
  • Body composition preferences without clinical indication

4. Clinical Rationale for Muscle & Metabolism Support

When strength, energy, or body composition improvements are addressed, it’s always to support healthspan and function—not aesthetics. Treatment is only prescribed when there’s clinical justification (e.g., lab-confirmed hormonal dysfunction or sarcopenia).

5. Prescribing Protocols & Follow-Up

Treatments are only initiated after:
  • Thorough symptom and medical history assessment
  • Lab evaluation (when needed)
  • Provider consultation
Ongoing care requires follow-up evaluations, retesting, and clinical reassessment. If treatment becomes unnecessary or contraindicated, it will be modified or paused.

6. Ethics & Provider Independence

All provider decisions are made independently, prioritizing patient safety and clinical integrity. Providers are compensated for their expertise—not for prescription volume—free from any financial incentive to prescribe treatments.

7. What We Don’t Provide

  • Emergency or urgent care services
  • On-the-spot prescriptions or medication dispensing
  • Treatment of acute illnesses or infections
If you need immediate medical attention or face an urgent health concern, please call 911 or seek in-person care promptly.

8. Ongoing Review & Updates

We review and update this policy regularly to remain aligned with current medical standards, regulations, and advances in wellness care. Significant revisions will be communicated directly to patients during treatment.
